Bay Area Dance Week: One Dance

The Kick-Off begins with a dance party, a short follow-along warm up and then the music starts for One Dance, a high energy dance sequence in Rhythm & Motion’s trademark style of fun movement. No dance experience needed, all ages and abilities are welcome!
