Outdoor Salsa Workout w/ Rueda Con Ritmo
Salsa Workout with Sidney and Ryan of Rueda Con Ritmo is an hour-long dance class that includes a warm-up, body isolation exercises, a cardio dance workout, and a fun and easy choreography – all to great Cuban music.
Classes are scheduled for Tuesdays in August. Space is limited so advanced registration is required. Registration will open on the Wednesday preceding the class (6 days before the class).
