WAM Presents Local Sirens: Cilantro & Briana Marela

Yerba Buena Gardens Festival and Women’s Audio Mission bring Local Sirens to the Gardens for an afternoon of dynamic music. WAM’s Local Sirens is an all-ages performance series that features exceptional Bay Area women and gender-expansive musicians and performers. To date, Local Sirens has presented more than 75 Bay Area artists and reached over 7,500 attendees at venues including The Rickshaw Stop, The New Parish and others.
This concert features Local Sirens residency artists Cilantro and Briana Marela. Briana Marela is a vocalist and composer whose gestural and lyrical song performances draw from elements of both experimental electronic music and vocal driven pop music. Alt-indie band Cilantro, led by Mars Wagner, offers heart-on-sleeve lyrics and swooning melodies.
