Last night our Executive/Artistic Director, Linda Lucero, and our dear friend José Cuellar (aka Dr. Loco) were honored with the 2014 Latino Heritage Arts Award. It was a festive affair at San Francisco’s City Hall. The Mayor himself, the Honorable Ed Lee, personally met with them!
